Performance
Heading onto the engine department, TVS Raider gets a 125cc, 3-valve head with air- and oil-cooled engine. Driven by a 5-speed transmission, the powertrain offers a peak power of 8.37KW and 11.2 Nm of torque.
The peppy nature of this engine comes down to the excellent calibration of the gearbox that offers a strong low-to-mid range. TVS Raider 125 SmartXonnect also features two ride modes – Power and Eco. The Power mode allows the engine to go from 0-60kmph in 5.9secs.
