Built to zip through the roads with a stealth aircraft-inspired design, the 2023 model of TVS Ntorq opens your senses to a revolutionary riding experience. A performance-oriented scooter, it is the first 125 cc scooter lineup in the country that comes with a peak power output of 10.2 PS (for the 2023 TVS NTorq Race Edition).
The new BS6 variant of Ntorq takes it up a notch in terms of refinement and power delivery. Furthermore, the peak power arrives slightly lower in the rev range, making the scooter more responsive than before. While making it compliant to meet the RDE norms, TVS Motor has made sure that the reworked catalytic convertor doesn’t impact the throaty exhaust note and overall performance of the Ntorq.
Play Smart with 125 XT
The new 2023 TVS Ntorq 125 XT is a scooter that puts you ahead of the rest on all fronts, whether it be performance, technology or style. It comes integrated with a first-in-segment twin-digital hybrid screen layout (TFT display on the left and negative LCD on right). In fact, it is the first indigenous scooter in the country to get a TFT screen in its instrument cluster.
Stay connected on the move with SmartXTrack which shows social media notifications, best lap alerts, weather forecast and AQI, coupled with voice assist and an upgraded navigation experience - all displayed on an arcade-style console. An integral highlight is the telemetry it has on offer to alert the riders - low fuel warnings and low phone battery with fuel consumption alerts.
Next-Level Design
The top-of-the-line TVS Ntorq XT has nailed its presence as a segment leader in performance and design, starting with the all-new colour shade - Neon, adding to its sporty appeal with a body-coloured engine cooling fan.
The other significant changes are the 12” alloy wheel that reduces the unsprung mass of the scooter, coupled with 220mm front disc brakes that offer excellent handling. The headlight is always on and a hazard-light switch has also been neatly integrated.
Segment-Leading Specifications
The new 2023 model TVS Ntorq 125 XT uses the same 124cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke, air-cooled (ET-Fi) engine, coupled with a dry centrifugal clutch - producing 6.9kW @ 7000 rpm of maximum power and 10.5 Nm @ 5500 rpm of peak torque. The scooter is built around an Underbone Tubular Type frame and rides on Telescopic Hydraulic shock absorbers in the front and Toggle Link gas filler hydraulic damper in the rear. In the front and in the rear, TVS Ntorq XT comes with 100/80 – 12” section tubeless tyres.
To make the top-spec variant more mass-market oriented, it offers more linear acceleration with optimised throttle input. This blend of performance and rideability ultimately broadens the scooter's appeal.
