The iQube Electric is the first EV product in the TVS Motor portfolio, an electric scooter with reviews that are both positive and progressive. Its technological prowess shines through with its next-gen digital dashboard controlled by a 4-way Joystick in the left switchgear for convenient navigation through menus. Launched in January 2020, this electric scooter has one of the highest rating in the EV scooter category. Timeless Conventional Design
The simple and intuitive design of the iQube makes it easy to operate. Since this e-scooter carries the regular conventional body layout, its neutral appeal caters to a wider audience base. Talking about the ride and handling, its battery sits low in the floorboard, offering enhanced maneuverability and a low center of gravity. Here’s how the current TVS iQube portfolio stands:
• TVS iQube (base variant) – This entry-level variant features a 2.2kWh battery, a 5”TFT display with fast charging capable of doing 0-80% in less than 2 hours. It is available in two colour options – Walnut Brown and Pearl White.
• TVS iQube (3.4 kWh) – This variant features a claimed range of 100*km, thanks to a bigger battery and an acceleration of 0-40km/h in 4.2s, while other features remain the same as of the base variant. It is available in three colour options – Shining Red, Titanium Grey Glossy and Pearl White.
• TVS iQube S (3.4kWh) – It also features a claimed range of 100*km per charge with a top speed of 78km/h. You get 32 litres of under seat storage, ideal to fit 2 helmets. To have an easy control over the dashboard this variant features 4-way joystick to access turn-by-turn navigation, SMS/call alert, ride modes and many more features. This variant comes in three colour options – Mercury Grey Glossy, Mint Blue and Copper Bronze Glossy.
• TVS iQube ST (3.4kWh) – The higher spec TVS iQube ST gets the same 3.4kWh battery pack, but features a bigger and fully interactive 7” TFT touchscreen, a 950W off-board charger that can charge from 0-80% in 3h. This variant comes with the largest offering of new exciting colors – Copper Bronze Matte, Coral sand Glossy, Titanium Grey Matte and Starlight Blue Glossy.
• TVS iQube ST (5.1kWh) – It is the flagship variant of TVS iQube with one of the biggest battery packs in any electric scooter in India. This massive battery pack offers a range of 150*km per charge, with a top speed of 82km/h. TVS iQube ST this variant will receive all the OTA updates directly to your scooter for security, performance and feature upgrade.

Features and Everyday Practicality
Sitting on an under-bone tubular frame, the TVS iQube also excels on the features front. As showcased in the video reviews of this e-scooter, the TFT panel offers smartphone connectivity via the SmartXonnect app. The feature list includes Turn-by-turn navigation, Geo fencing and Anti-theft alert, remote lock/unlock, ride statistics and vehicle diagnostics, and much more.
It also has the Q-Park Assist feature that comes in handy when parking in a tight spot. The feature enables reverse gear to get your scooter out of the congested parking space. Even when your e-scooter is low on charge, you have a sensible backup in your under seat. The carry-along portable charger just needs a 3-pin plug for recharge on the go, including a fast-charging option. For charging your smartphone, a dedicated USB charger has been integrated into the under-seat storage.
When it comes to braking, the TVS iQube gets a Disc-Drum combo that works efficiently. Apart from this, there’s re-gen (regenerative braking) that not only offers stopping power but also directs the converted energy back to the battery. The seamless efficiency with which this all works makes the TVS iQube one of the best electric scooters in India.
