Terms and Conditions

TVS NTORQ 125 Super Squad Edition Epic Easter Egg Challenge (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) is organized and conducted by TVS Motor Company Ltd, India (hereinafter referred to as “TVSM”) on TVSM’s ‘TVS NTORQ’ Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/tvsntorq/ and TVSM’s ‘TVS NTORQ’ Instagram handle at https://www.instagram.com/tvs_ntorq/. The contest is a marketing initiative of TVS Motor Company Limited for its popular brand ‘TVS NTORQ 125’

The following Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) shall govern the Contest:

In order to ensure participation in the Contest, the participants having a genuine Facebook/Instagram/Twitter account, subject to the eligibility criteria provided herein below are required to visit and follow the TVS NTORQ 125 Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/tvsntorq/ or TVSM’s ‘TVS NTORQ’ Instagram handle https://www.instagram.com/tvs_ntorq/. and thereafter follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. Follow @tvs_ntorq on Instagram or @TVSNTORQ on Facebook
2. Tag 2 or more friends in the comments. All the friends you tag need to follow @tvs_ntorq on Instagram or @TVSNTORQ on Facebook. Bigger the squad, better your chances.
3. Find all 10 Easter Eggs and DM them to us on Facebook or Instagram.
4. The answers should be in the following format:
   - Easter Egg #1 – XYZ on the ___ NTORQ
   - Easter Egg #2 – ABC on the ___ NTORQ
5. Winners will be chosen out of entries who
   - find all or most of the Easter Eggs
   - tag the highest number of friends in the comments
   - get all the tagged friends to follow TVS NTORQ on Facebook or Instagram
6. The winner will get a gift voucher worth Rs.25,000 to be redeemed while purchasing the TVS NTORQ 125. 10 other participants will win exciting prizes worth Rs.5000 each.

Other important details:

1. The gratification will be sent via third party (E-com portal) and the product quality will remain with them.
2. The brand reserves the right to choose the winner for the contest and also holds the right to not announce a winner in the case that the entries do not match up to the standards expected.

1. The brand does not encourage the participants to do any stunts or execute any activity that does not abide by the law.
2. The Contest shall begin on 19th Feb, 2021 and end on 25th Feb, 2021. Participation after this period shall not be considered for the Contest.
3. The contest is open only for all the citizens of India except any person who is: (a) an employee of TVS Motor Company and employee of competitor’s to TVS Motor Company Ltd.; or (b) a family member of such employee, is not eligible to enter the Competition. TVS Motor Company Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the Competition as a result of this Rule.
4. The participant must be 18 years of age at the time of entering the contest and should be able to furnish proof of the same if required, while claiming the prize.
5. The prize won by the winner is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at TVSM’s discretion.
6. If the Contest-winner has not claimed their Prize within a day of the closing of the contest, the company will be entitled to select an alternative Prize-winner in accordance with the selection list.
7. By entering the Competition, the participant confirms that the entries submitted are owned by the said participant. TVSM does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
8. By entering the Contest, participants hereby warrant that all information submitted by you in your entry is true, accurate and complete in every respect. TVSM reserves the right to verify any information contained in your Entry and/or your eligibility to enter the Competition.
9. TVSM reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of the Rules, any applicable law (including copyright law) or has otherwise infringed the intellectual property of any other person. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with the Rules could lead to TVSM disqualifying that person, without TVSM giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.
10. At the time of entry and/or submission, the participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Contest. TVSM reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Contest and/ or the T&C. However, any changes to the T&C, will be updated/ posted on TVS NTORQ’s Facebook and Instagram account. It would be the responsibility of the participants to keep themselves informed as per any changes in the T&C stated for this Contest.
11. Jurisdiction: This T&C shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts having their jurisdiction at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes hereunder
