Dispute resolution, governing law and jurisdiction:

Any and all Dispute/s, difference/s whatsoever arising under or in connection with this Agreement, either during the subsistence of this Agreement or thereafter, which could not be settled by parties through negotiations, shall be referred to the sole arbitration of a sole arbitrator to be nominated by the Madras Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI), Chennai, India at the request of either party to this Agreement, and such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or its statutory amendments, and in accordance with the MCCI’s Rules of Arbitration and Conciliation, or its amendments, in the English language.

These T&C and any disputes arising out of or relating to it or usage of the webpage or services will be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Subject to above dispute resolution clause i.e. the arbitration provisions, you agree that the courts at Chennai India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
