No, it can be charged at any standard 15A charging point. In most cases, there won’t be a need to install any additional electricity meter, but it will be dependent on a per-case basis.
1. Vehicle locked state - the cluster will switch off before 100% (there's some timeout). Mobile app will show live % as 100% and notification will also be sent.
2. When vehicle is not locked - it means the cluster is on and it'll be 'ON' till it is locked, there is no timeout. Mobile app will follow the same behaviour.
No, the range does not get affected by frequent charging.
1. The registered number can be changed from the TVS Connect app as per the following steps - Go to Menu > Profile > Edit profile > Edit the current number and replace with the new number and enter the OTP received to it. Once done, it might take upto 24 hours to reflect the new number mapping.
2. It can also be changed at the authorized sales office or dealer office.

No, the TVS X can be serviced only at those TVS dealerships where TVS X is retailed at. This is because we have deployed special service set-ups and specially trained service technicians for TVS X.
