Riding mode button is note working after software update in my rtr 200 4v

The riding mode button stopped working after the service person updated the software of my bike. Now it is set to Urban and I can't change it to rain or sports. Why did it happen and how can I get it fixed ?

he updated wrong software, tell him to flash the ECU with Apache 200 4V RM
