APACHI 180 BS VI - ENGINE VALVE NOISE - NEW BIKE LESS THAN 20DAYS

New bike less than 20 days 600kms done. At the time of Delivery self motor flywheel abrasion. After first service at 500km. Now Heavy noise in the Engine Valve. Gear shift like a rock stiff. Bike does not cross 70kmph speed. Note "the bike is a new one" Does any one face similar kind of Problem, Any TVS Service Center who can give a right Solution.
