My Bike broke down immediately after taking delivery of my first service.

My bike broke down immediately after first service, t ravelled only 5 Km from the service center after taking delevary from the service center. after a while by enquiry technitian has reached my location and diagnosed the bike and confirmed that there is malfunction in Fual injection system. the bike was never driven with low fuel. even my gas tank is full. i wanted to know does FI fails if it was run on no fuel, do I need to chane my FI when ever I came accross of lo fuel. any suggestions on this issue. I wanted to go to consumer court on this it might be the vehicle is either a defect one or the service center might damaged the product.
