I am a200 4v owner i am having an issue.

I am having an issue on my 200 when the bike is in 4000-5000 rpm a kat kat sound coming from it no matter which gear i am.Spcly when the bike is getting heat or run like 100 km the sound increase more already talked to the service centre they change the chain guide ots not fixed yet does anyone know the problem? It will be great helpful for me if anyone know the problem Thank you.

I have same issue and it's normal, i never such sound before till 8000 km now am facing same noice in 2nd 3rd and 4th gear and sound increase as I go on higher rpm service center is not able to identify the issue

you have to keep above 60 kmph speed in top gear

Bro every rtr 200 engine make same sound at low rpm....mine also. At first i panicked and satarted riding as many rtr 200 as possible.Every one of them make same sound.The sound increases with heavy pillion.Dont worry it is normal.Make sure your bike doesnt make that sound in neutral.
