Why my bike is not running smoothly?

My rtr 160 2v is not running smoothly... it feels like it got heavy even at top gear it feels the same.. i never faced this problem before.. but after 3rd survice its not running smoothly.... and it also turns off as i slow it down and shift down my gear...
