Dear Team, Please note that my TVS Jupiter Scooty is just eight months old and it has some minor issues related to the odometer and noise from the rear left side. When visited the service center- Diamond, I was advised that I needed to pay for the Odometer cable and also need to pay for fixing the rear-side noise. At the time of the sale, TVS agreed to cover all parts for manufacturing defects under warranty for the first year however the service technician is still forcing me to pay under warranty. Please advise what all are covered under warranty and the reason/s for giving false information at the time of sale. Your prompt action/s on this is highly appreciated!

Till not resolved They told waiting for senior to visit & check named Mr.Sudalai madaswamy. its more than 20 days, I want replacement only or else will move legal complaint only for compensation & refund. I Booked service for my bile apache 160 RTR Yesterday OM TVS DELHI at 10 AM Advisor to me will will return your bike till 1.30 PM buty they give me give at 4.30 i was facing break issue in my bike mechanic told me break cyliender will be change i give him go ahead but break issue not resolved when i compalinet to advisor he misbehave with me.

I informed to works manager to call the Show room MD. But there is no response from him. I informed to works manger to keep the vehicle there itself and settle the amount for the vehicle due to above reason. In my experience, Sree velan two wheelers sales & service is found very worst. I request the TVS management to take the necessary action against this issue on the dealar"

Still the scotter had a problem.The first servicing but they did not solve the problem. I told them there is a problem with the scotter. They say there is no problem without hearing anything.

ON MAY 11, 2023, I went to tvs service center at KMS TVS at anthiyur, they said that oil is changed and they do general service after that service, strange noise comes from the engine and then I went to the service center and I told the problem to the person in the center, after 1 and half an hour he came back and told that the shaft which is connecting engine and chain is just broken(not broken but the shaft is reduced in original diameter) and he immediately speaking about the payment( is the tvs is only looking to gat money from the customer instead of providing quality of service). he said it will cost around 3K to 4K. I need a solution for double payment. Within two week I need to spend 4k how it is possible to normal person to pay that payment for one service.

On May 23, 2023, I turned over my TV Jupiter Classic to TVS - PNR Motors LLP Halasuru Branch for service. I purchased an AMC from this dealer in January, and this time I qualified for certain discounts. But my payment was more than I had anticipated, so I started looking at AMC discounts. There was no one in the service station who could give me the details, and the billing representative was not prepared to clarify. Instead, they were preoccupied with scheduling cooking cylinders for their residence. They provided a pitiful level of service and did not address the customer. I regret getting an AMC from them.

On April 28 2023 i bought Apache Rtr 160 2v RM Black colour and it was perfectly fine. But suddenly after 1st service, it started showing Speedometer Display Off. I went to the service Centre Chandra Motors, Bilaspur-495001 , as my Problem i notified to the tvs people about my issue. They said we get your issue if you pay Rs17,000/- for HECU Parts then we repair your vehicle, but when i say this vehicle is only 16 Days old this issue solve in warranty period they not accept and I refused offer and come back my home. But they charge me Rs.118/- for checking vehicle. I don't feel the Chandra motor, Bilaspur people can solve it. Please help us for this issue. Worst experience to your dealer Chandra motors, Bilaspur-495001 and as well as your Tvs company. 16 days old vehicle he take charges i have invoice also.

I have 2021 rtr 200 4v, After 12000 km I faced the same fuel pump issue. Suddenly my bike stops and do not start for 2-3 hrs and when ignition key turned on, the fuel pump motor sound is not heard and no fuel is pumped.

hii am vivek Tomar , i had purchased a Ntorq 125 from Maa saraswati tvs , Ganesh Nagar, Firozabad -283203, in two months am facing battery issue and no one there to understand my problem. service is very poor after selling the vehicle. suggestions for all customers to please avoid to purchase new vehicle from Maa Sarasvati TVS , Firozabad. Hi TVS team, Thank you! for all your economically friendly products, I have bought my TVS sports bike in 2013 Dec almost going to be 10 years, the bike has given me more satisfaction with is performance and exceed my expectation. But the only thing which was disappointed to me was the service rendered at the service station, I always get my bike services at TVS MG- motors at Tambaram Sanatorium, whenever I have got the bike services , I have to revisit the service centre next day to check on idling tuning, likewise have taken the bike services yesterday 5th April 2023 and found the same idling issue and took my bike today for calibrate the idling tuning , but I was given an explanation there was an engine issue and I need to pay extra INR 15,000 to fix the issue by the service manager, but after putting the pressure on him , I have asked him to check the idling, after the successful calibration the bike sound was very smooth has it was pervious to the services, just to do the idling tuning they required 15,000 , do not understand why they were so money minded , I have great respect on TVS Indian products , by fixing these small flaws you can win the hearts of your valuable and loyal customers , Thank you! “Jai Hind”

I Given my bike (Apache RTR 2.0) for Service at TVS Motor PRN Motors LLP, #107, Hoysala Nagar, Ulsoor, Bangalore, 560008. I had given bike on 25-3-2023 till today (5-4-2023) They not repaired my bike. I got a call 3 times from service center saying bike is ready to collect. But when i visit 3 time my bike is not ready. So finally i told do not repair pls give me bike for that also they are asking 6-3-2023 afternoon. Please take strict action and do needful to avoid defaming service centers.

I had purchased TVS Raider (black colour) 125cc bike 6 months back and last week i had given it for the 2nd Free service on 24th March 2023 at Brilliant motor agency of TVS located at mandaveli, Chennai and had cleared mentioned my complaints about engine blocking and gear problem and a job card has been raised for the same. They had kept the bike for 2 days and had not addressed complaints. So I again raised the issue with them and had given my bike on 1st April 2023 at the same TVS Brilliant motors agency at Mandaveli, Chennai. They had kept the bike again for 2 days and returned the bike today (2nd April 2023). But again they had not addressed the problems mentioned. Is this how your TVS service centres work? How many times should a customer be going behind to address the issues? Since it is a free service do they not even care about our complaints? you claim to be the NO.1 Customer after sales service brand and is this how you function? Kindly provide me with the solution to the problem.. Had a very bad experience , really sorry to say this, the worst service experience i had. I am attaching the evidence for your reference of the two services done in a single week.

My name is Tamilarasan, and I purchased a TVS Juniper from the SBM Motor Ayanavaram branch. Unfortunately, I've had a terrible experience with their service department. The service center is extremely poor .This service center is terrible and doesn't understand how far we travel and how much time we take to bring our bikes to them. They ignore our requests and say they can't do it now, asking us to come back tomorrow. The next day, they say all slots are booked. Like that I have waited 2month for my second service. Then after that They won't pick our call then I go to service center my bike isn't move evan single inch they simply said because of power cut and employee absences. They simply asked me to come back the next day. i had to waste my time dealing with their abysmal service. This is not first time my first service also something happened I don't know how they did my my 1st service within 20 mins. I asked how it is possible then they said we have machine to do service and check could you please confirm is that true? I urge you to take immediate action against this service center. I bought apache 180 BS 6 from TVS Shanti agency on 05 March last year. Since I bought the bike, I have told TVS Shanthi Agency Kallakurichi, Territory manager Asok and work shop manager and Area manager Arulmani about engine noise problem and jerking problem many times and they have not fixed it, they are lying and trying to cheat me. On 22.03.2023 I went to TVS saravana Athur and checked my bike completely and they confirmed that there is a problem with the bike. And TVS Sakthi kachirapalayam also confirmed that there is a problem with the bike. But Territory manager Asok and work shop manager and Area manager Arulmani are lying and trying to cheat me. He is not responding and blocked my phone number. Now my bike is undriveable. I have bought and driven a bike on hire. So I request you to get my bike and check by a special team. At February 6th 2023 some problem occurred in both the mac wheel of the bike. I attached the photo for your reference. I went to Tvs dealer and service at my home place dated 07th February 2023 Address Pankaj Auto tvs dealer and service Bhusawal pin code 425201. I showed them bike condition. I told them I want to claim this in warranty or insurance policy. They said to me firstly we order the material / parts of the bike then we will call you for further process. After then I called them many times but they are saying your billing is not done. Afterwards I called customer care of tvs dated 21th February 2023 and told them overall my queries then they ask me which parts do you need, i told them whatever I want and they said that in few days parts will be sent to your service center. Then few days I called my service centre they told me your billing is done at 24th February 2023 your parts coming soon. Means after i complained then tvs sent me the parts. So why there are service centre in all over India? Then I again and again called them that parts are received or not, they said me 2 parts are received but 2 parts is not received. Means some transport issues going on they told me. Today I am mailing you this is 47 days of my bike at my home. I can't ride my precious bike from 47 days. I purchased this bike On cash so I can expect from you some kind of service. Why I will purchase tvs bike or anything of tvs after i got this disaster service. Improve your service and transportation. In our India minimum 7 days are enough to transport parts or material. Improve yourself. And atleast do something for me. After getting so much frustration. If I show you how many times I called service centre then you will be gone shock. Please do it as soon as possible. Thank you regards.

Dear Team, Kindly have a look I have a Jupiter scooter from TVS Motors- UP-15-DW-6818 which was damaged due to a road accident. I had handed over my scooter for insurance claim on 08th March 2023 along with all the papersas required to the claim manager Mr. Rajneesh in the workshop of Sharda Automobiles Meerut and Insurance claim was approved by the insurance company on 12 March 2023 And till today 19 March 2023 also I am not able to get any status of my scooter I called the Claim manager Mr. Rajneesh in the workshop, his answer was that we do not have the parts of your scooter as of now, whenever we will have the parts of the scooter, we will repair your scooter. You tell me that since 10 days my scooter is standing at your workshop and now according to your claim manager it will take another 12 days Please tell me why my scooter is taking so long to get repaired when all the required things has been completed from my side I bought this scooter to commute to my job and now I am having trouble commuting to my job because of your 3rd class customer service. I am facing very rudely Behaviour by your employees when I go to the workshop It is said by your employees that we do not have parts, now you tell me that when the company is making scooters, will the company not have the parts for the scooters?

Hi, l'm ajithkumar. I was owning a TVS Raider bike and last month i met with an accident. Hence I left my bike in the TVS service station last Feb 12th, 2023. I was heavily billed on Feb 21th for the same. I payed my initial amount of Rs.5000 on Feb 21st . After I paid the intital amount, the service person placed the order for bike parts. But from the TVS company , that order did not get delivered to my dealership service centre. I am finding it very difficult to track the status and it's being a very bad experience with TVS company. I have lost my trust with the company now. My waiting period is more than 25 days which is completely no acceptable. I am not getting a proper response on my delivery time. TVS company service collect high service charges, but no prompt response or no prompt delivery.

At that time, theproblem in the Vehicle was completely highlighted. As highlighted the Main problemin Vehicle is about regular jerk even at slow speed, which seems to be verydangerous while driving. Complaint was made but after servicing the same jerkproblem started again while driving the Vehicle next day after handover fromService Station. Immediately I took the Vehicle to the servicing center andthey assured to repair it quickly. Again after handover from service station, Itook the vehicle home with this belief, that the problem is now completelyresolved. But for my hard luck, I was wrong, again the next day after about 15 km, the jerk problem started, andthis time I was about to meet with a deadly accident, so I took the Vehicle again, I went to meet Mr.Rajkapur from Service Station, I guess he is the Main authority at this servicestation, to complain, but after waiting for two hours, I was unable to meet himbecause he was in the meeting at that time as per the officials working in theservice station. Hence I took the Vehicle on 01/03/2023, repaired it again. Thesame story happens again and the Vehicle after few KM run again started with thesame problem. Fearing that the vehicle may not have an accident again, I gavemy vehicle to the servicing center on 04/02/2023, this time I meet Mr. Rajkapursir and also explained the problem in detail. He now asked the senior officerto check up the Vehicle and he repaired it, but as usual with assurance thatnow there will be no problem, the problem occurs again, and they are nowsuggesting, we shall need to change both the belt and the liner. Currently myVehicle running is 43339Km and already my Vehicle belt have been replacedApprox. at 23000-24000Km and also the liner have been changes few thousand KM earlier.So if TVS wants to change belt of Vehicle every 20000 Kmthen there is a serious issue in Vehicle Belt quality, which needs to highlightand hence I am writing this email. Since the problem seems to never ending, I have given theVehicle to Service station for further investigations and solution findingdated on 08/03/2023. So far three or four times the Vehicle has been shown andrepaired by sitting for 2-3hours. Now I am losoing my patience and trust on TVSas a Brand. This is Gaurav Sharma I have given my Apache 160 4v for service it at TVS service center at baglur , the problem in my bike was about chain and front suspension of left side and this problem I had told them , the attender of my bike was told ok sir I will fix it but when I came to pickup my bike from service center they didn't fix the problem of suspension and chain also and also my bike was around 50km run extra by them and also the fuel was very less left in bike and when I told them about suspension he told me come tomorrow I will fix and next morning i came again and now they have open the suspension and leave as it is and when I asked them what happened why you are not fixing this he told stock is not available. for yesterday service i am giving you 1 star out of 10 . HI TVS Team. This is to share my experience with my Jupiter-ZX which I purchased from SD Motors, Dilshad Garden on 17th June 2020. I have used the vehicle till 19000...…...kms post that I started facing the issue after the service and the last service was done by Garg automobile service centre Ghaziabad. My scooty went to the service centre on 19 /2/2023 for paid service. Since then, I started facing the issue of not starting my scooty-Jupiter ZX once it slowed down. Monday, 20/02/2023 I got some kind of sense that there is some issue still there but I went to the office & no problem was faced. All seems ok But on Tuesday, 21/02/2023, as I was on my way to my office, the scooty stopped suddenly on the highway. So, I contacted Garg Automobile to seek help. He could not support me but he suggested ‘Road Side Assistance Service’. So, I paid the 365/- including GST as per suggestion. Then he suggested calling the toll free number. But ‘RSAS’ adviser told me that he will not be able to support me due to the fact that I have taken that service and I have to wait for 3 days to avail service. Although he said I have to manage towing charges which are too much if I need help. So, I landed in big trouble & I got no support from the service centre. So, I contacted Aditi automobile sec 10 Noida to seek help but the service centre was closed on that day. Thereafter I towed myself to my friend's office near sector 10 and parked there & next day one of my friends delivered the vehicle to Aditi automobile sec 10 Noida service centre on Wednesday, 22/02/2023. Service advisor checked the scooty and told me that the fuel pump and fuel injector had gone and changed the part as the vehicle is under warranty. I went there and drove back home. Next day again my scooty stopped on 23/02/2023 on my way to the office. Then after that I towed back to the nearest service centre- Patparganj GK MOTORS, and Gk motors also repeated the same thing that your scooty fuel injector and fuel pump has the issue. After that they changed the part but this time part was not covered under warranty just because the part that has come out was not the original part as Aditi Automobile installed the duplicate part. Therefore, they said I cannot get the warranty. It was very very shocking news for me that my scooty original part was replaced with a local part by Aditi Automobile to quickly fix the solution. GK Motors service advisor told me that fuel injector is not the correct part for this scooty & they have just installed it to finish the work quickly as the vehicle was under warranty. Then I called ‘Aditi Automobile Sector 10 Noida’. They accepted their mistake and took back my scooty from GK Motors to their own workshop. Then he kept the scooty in his workshop for 3 days and he handed over the scooty to me on Sunday, 26/02/23 in the evening. As usual I started my scooty the next day on my way to the office, Scooty ran fine but some noise was coming. So, I informed them about it. Here is the big trouble again for me on the next day 28/02/2023, Tuesday Scooty stopped again. That time I was just crossing the toll plaza and suddenly scooty slowed and stopped. Then after as above the scooty completely stopped & again I managed myself and towed with help of ‘road side assistance’ to the nearest service centre. What I am supposed to say now is, " Who is the culprit? Why all three-service centre not able to resolve my scooty problem? Even after changing the parts (I never got the full information even asking several times). I do not know whether they have changed the part or not? It is a big 420 case with me. My only question to the TVS company is that the quality of your part is just the Made in China type. A great phrase in Hindi - Chale to Chand Tak or Na Chale to Shaam Tak …………... I had taken a TVS Sports bike from National Motor's Kadirabad, Siddharthnagar Uttar Pradesh in August 2022 which has covered 3300 kms. After six months, on 10 January 2023, I came to know that the sound is coming from its engine, I also showed it at the service center where they were asking to change the part. Which is still under warranty. He said that its part will have to be changed. The name of the part number NA080050 is GEAR COMPLETE STARTER CLUTCH. But that part was not available there. They had ordered but till now it has been two months, today till February 24, 2023, I have not received this part. I also talked to customer care many times and raised many tickets, one of them is ticket number - Gr_20232279233 In this way, raised many tickets after talking to customer care many times but till now no reply has been received from TVS. Nor did any call come from TVS. Due to faulty part, the engine of the bike is getting damaged. Whenever I contact the agency, they are saying that the part has not yet come from the company and will not be able to come. I have also given an application in the consumer court regarding this. It is requested to make this part available to the agency as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have TVS Jupitor Scooter purchased in 2022. I have cought in an accident one week back on Sunday 12 Feb 2023. I gave my scooter to your company authorized workshop VL Automobiles located in Parel. After a week of claim process they gave my scooter back with so many problems in it. Noted as follows, 1) Handle bar of the scooter is bent. 2) panel gaps are there evrywhere, from front panel to footboard. 3) Rattling sound 4) Vehicle is in zero dep still they have charged Rs. 2000 for claim process which is higher which I paid but still they are telling me that vehicle is not possible to fix properly. In the given context if accidental vehicle can not be fixed at authorised workshop then what kind of service centre has been operated by TVS. Please look into the matter. I am expecting solutions from company side to this problem given. Hello tvs, This is to share my experience of my new tvs raider wich i bought from NARBHERAM MOTORS PVT LTD JAMSHEDPUR on 17/02/2023. I ride the vehicle for approximately 180 km only. But the problem began from 19/02/2023. Had a very poor experience with the vehicle, vehicle power is shutting down after ride with some distance and same was informed to service Mannager of tuila dungri service centre. He said that that issue is can’t be rectified by him , he don't know how to rectify this . then after we inform that issue with area manager mr. Sauroup ji he also not confirm how much time it’ll take to resolve that issue. I admitted my bike on 21/02/2023. It's been 3 days and they didn't identified the problem .I ask from them that what is the problem and they are unable to respond. Its my request to resolve the issue by tomorrow (24/02/2022) or else’s change the vehicle. Service provider is not compatible with Bs6 engine they do not know how to do work with Bs 6 Vehicle. Give them a proper traning or else’s they can spoil tvs name brand in our east region. THEY WORK LIKE UN PROFESSIONALS. NOTE: please resolve this on urgent basis.

Sir i purchased TVS RTR 160 4V special edition on 16.10.2022 for DOON TVS MOTORS , Dehradun, Uttarakhand. On 4 February my bike was not starting so i complained on customer care for onsite road assistance. They charged my battery and on monday 06.02.2023 i went to VIRAJ TVS for repair. They told my meter is not working properly, so they have to replace it. They said they don't have the meter and they are placing the order for the same and asked us to wait for 10 days. We called them 4-5 times after 18.02.2023 and they said they would provide meter in 2-3 days. Today when on 23.02.2023 i went to Viraj auto they said now they have placed the order and we have to wait for another 10 days when i asked for order number they are not willing to share order number. very poor experience at VIRAJ AUTO SERVICE CENTER , RAJPUR ROAD DEHRADUN AND AT CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER. When i complained to customer support they put my call on hold for 30 minutes and didn't reply properly. Kindly provide resolution. I purchase TVS APACHE 160 4V Special Edition on 05.02.2023 from Agragami Auto Centre in Kolkata (West Bengal). On 10.02.2023 my bike problem starts. Sometimes start off & on excelletor pickup problem created. On 11.02.2023 I am going to my nearest service centre Shaw Wheels Service Center, the service centre tell me Throttle Position Sensor is damaged that's why the problem is arrise, the TPS is not available in the service centre. I requested to you please arrange TPS as soon as possible.

No support from tvs support. I already send two mails to cuatomer supporr no proper response. I purachase TVS RTR 200 4V On july 2020 and properly servicing on authorised service centre on november 2022 my vehicle engine has a sound and november 21st submitted on showroom Top haven thiruvambadi alappuzha district and after a morethan 2 months waiting period they fix the issue on the base of somany visit at showroom. After one week my vehicle faced same issue and also engine leakage issue and again submitted to the same showroom TOP haven after 10 days there is no response from showroom and the concerned department. I am fed up with this service. PLEASE SUPPORT

I am writing to file a complaint about the level of service that I experienced yesterday i.e. on 12th Feb, 23. It is with great regret that I have to inform you of a service failure I experienced with TVS organization. I got my new TVS Jupiter-125 (Vehicle Nos. MH01EG7495, Chassis nos.07989, Engine nos. 06801) on 19th Dec, 22 and got its first service done day before yesterday i.e. 11th Feb, 23 from Authorized service center namely V L Automobiles for which they charged me Rs.801/-. On 12th Feb, 23 I went for a trip to Lonavala with my family. Unfortunately, while returning from lonavala my vehicle stopped working completely. Immediately I contacted Supreme Galaxy LLP Showroom number from where I purchased my vehicle for instant help to get my vehicle towed to my place but person replied that he cannot help as we were not within the vicinity of Mumbai. He was even not able to arrange for local mechanic in Lonavala to attend vehicle breakdown, but asked me check for local mechanic and somehow get vehicle to Mumbai. I requested local resident over there and managed to get local mechanic to attend my vehicle. Being BSVI vehicle (sensor based) local mechanic couldn’t find the fault; which is very obvious, but to my surprise neither trained mechanic from V L Automobiles was unable to guide local mechanic due to lack of expertise (knowledge) in this new vehicle. Then, I Googled for nearest TVS showroom namely Divyashree TVS which was 5 Km far from my location, also, I took help of Toll free number to get contact number of person in showroom. Disastrously the person in showroom was not ready to help either to get my vehicle towed to his workshop and replied it is Sunday and had less people in workshop. He asked to arrange transport locally to his destination, which I did at price of Rs.6500/- as I had to reach to safe place along with my family and vehicle. Mechanic attended vehicle and replied that he can start/ make vehicle work in 1 hour but cannot guaranty if vehicle will reach Mumbai. It was 7.20 in evening and had no option but to leave my vehicle there and catch train to Mumbai. I reached home atleast which was not possible with the kind of irresponsible service experienced. Frankly, this is unacceptable and am disappointed that I now have to take additional time trying to resolve the problem. I am asking for your personal assistance for a quick resolution. Looking forward to hearing from you soon, however, please be advised that if I do not receive a satisfactory response to this request prior to 15th Feb, 23 I will have no choice but to seek assistance from consumer advocate organization and media. I do hope that won’t be necessary.

Service technician said to change the clutch chamber but i have completed 3 services still they are not responding on my issue with very neglected behaviour they are saying to register a complaint.

I am really disappointed and feel cheated by Supreme Galaxy LLP(Kalwa)-(Maharashtra).I have issues in my Scooter and I display that issue to them and they stated many things to Steering Overhauling to Shockup overroiling but they didn't stated the New AMC service for 1500, Later after my service on full GST bill they have added that.They fooled me.For there sales service targets to get complete of New AMC schemes they fool us with knowing us.Beware and please TVS look into it.

Hello I have bought TVS rider 125 in November 2022. After completing 1st service i had been complain in the speedo meter. For that I was given to service 2 times. Each time vehicle was there in service center in 2 days. But problem was not resolved.could you please help me out on this. Complaint was in the speedometer doesn't show 5th gear indication.

This is to bring to your notice that the vehicle has been repaired thrice in this short notice as in unfortunate situations the vehicle has stopped working. When we approached the showroom they were not treating it with the same concern and couldn't sort out the problem.Now, they proclaim it as a manufacturing defect which they are not aware of.In addition, you should take it into consideration that the vehicle is driven by my sister who cannot get assistance in different circumstances. I found that I got defective product, I purchased jupiter 125 on 9th Dec 2022 at 9:30pm as delay by dealer. Next day I found that its cick start not working any. Its Tvs logo not fixed exactly. While giving race its making some friction sounds. If sitted behind then on potholes its hitted something every time. I purchased seatcover and mat cover from dealer tvs service center but still both r not covered. Within a month its battry got dischaged. Its speedtometer not working corrextly auto reset some times. Now almost 2 months completed they still not provide Registration no. My all petrol spend on taking round for tvs show room and its service only. Now I am getting frustrated please help me and taking strong action against this kind of dealers. Dealers name is Anupam tvs ujjain.

This one regards for my TVS ntorq scooty which i bought in 2019. And since till now I have got all the service done from your Okhla Service Centre. And the last service was done on “24 September 2022” and the reading was “29319”. Day before yesterday I went out somewhere in local and all of the sudden my scooty went down and then it didn’t start again, so I visited to your Okhla Service Centre to identify the root cause and to get this fixed and then engineer advised me to leave my scooty there. After couple of hours I received a call from your engineer and they said my engine got ceased due to low engine oil. So my question is how come it got ceased, if I done my last service on 24 Sep 2022 when my reading was 29319 and my currently reading is 33000 somewhere when I submitted my scooty, which means I used 3618 reading. There is definitely something wrong, it’s really not possible. How come in one time delay can cause this major issue. And they mentioned the charges around ₹15k. Due to the trust, I have got all the service done from the service centre itself. But i didn’t know that service centre also work like this (by defrauding people). Whenever your engineer has referred anything for to increase the life of my scooty, I have got it done without asking any question. Which clearly means they are just fooling the customer to get their little incentive. You are the last hope of mine and I wish I get the positive response from you.

Regarding this I have give my Jupiter to service center 20 days back, because of their audit the parts not send and we suffered a lot. Because of their audit why the common customer face the problem, it is very harrassment.

Hi Team, I am writing this to let you know that i have bought TVS Jupiter 125 from TVS - Global Autocraft -20/1, 80 Feet Ring Rd, beside Royal Enfield, Papareddipalya, Naagarabhaavi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560072...on 20/06/2022...after 2 days of use...i found that my vehicle handle is pushing towards right when i turned to left...i have brought notice about this issue to the above said service centre...they told that there was improper alignment of cable and they have fixed the issue...but next day i faced the same issue and took back vehicle again to service they were unable to diagnose the problem technically...Why i have recieved such a defect vehicle from the show room and if it is small issue..why cant they fix it...and even after second service which i took vehicle delivered yesterday even after informing them i am facing this issue intermittently from the date i purchased this vehicle.....Request to fix the issue asap...before the vehicle may lead to accident further and make more damage and injuries....

Myself Thompson AjithKumar i brought RTR 200 on 11 April 2022 , It's perfect bike but after 3rd service 31/8/22(I'll attach the 3rd service bill)same day I was hearing chain noise so I told the service person about same but they changed rear brake pads and still noise was there and then they changed rear caliper after that, the rear brake wasn't working at all , I complained the same they said it will be alright post 2days (what a rubbish thing untrained person ) because the service person unprofessional work i end up riding my bike with not working rear brake for 27 days (my profession is marketing without bike I can't go anywhere I took leave for each Saturday so I lost 4 saturday pay) due to untrained person from first service person I went to another showroom they said ABS motor need to be replaced i doubted them and went to another showroom next Saturday they changed rear master cylinder and Finally after 27 days(31/8/22-26/9/22) rear brake is working , the braking was sharp but rear brake pedal was slightly up from where it used to be,(3 days after) then i asked to slightly lower the pedal when they did so the brake is dull! Note brake pad , caliper and master cylinder are new but still rear brake is damn dull and they keep saying that's all the rear brake can do ( braking was too sharp before he lowered the pedal )! RTR 200 is a perfect bike but the service person makes us think did I made a mistake ! from( 26 sep 2022 ) still now the rear brake is dull and kind of useless, i don't know which service centre can solve my problem, i need solution TVS

Worst experience with TVS motors. Bought apatche 160 4V in August 22. Just after 1500 km, bike handle bar started wobbling at speed 60. Dealer is saying that some part replacement required to resolve issue and part has been ordered. Not sure when part will be available. More than 15 days have been passed. TVS Customer service is copy pasting only one line in mail and phone…”Our representative will contact you with in 24 to 48 working hours (3 to 6 days) and these 24 to 48 hours never comes. Same line copy paste again and again after asking for updation. Regional service manager’s story is also interesting. In TVS service centre, regional service manager’s name is written in golden words and phone number also written with name at 4 to 5 boards. At all these boards, contact number is written wrong. Correct number is available in service centre manager’s phone or desk and someone will get this number only after request of customer. Regional manager is also not able to provide any update about issue in bike and resolution of problem. No relation of TVS motor with customer after delivery of vehicle.. Apni to bus Ram Ram style…

You took the payment of a new scooter from me and sold me a broken scooter. I had given this complaint to TVS but till now my problem has not been solved, it has been more than 1 month. TVS is very clumsy and careless.

I have purchased Jupiter 125 scooter from Royal Motors ,Palakkad on 13 -10-2022 with Chassis no-MD626......04719.But within one month before first service itself (300 KM)complaints like warning symbol,sensor problem etc.. started and finally it has given breakdown at toad yesterday night.I requested for TVS help line support but in vain.Today morning I have approached dealer but no immediate intervention received.It seems like once you paid and take the delivery of vehicle, your relation is closed with TVS. Very very bad customer care support

Hi, myself Shankar, I purchased a Scooty Zest110 in Nov,2021 it has a major braking problem, which is inherent, my several complains were in vain, my last com. No. is TVS Gr202230820086 registered on 30.08.2022. After that I contacted them three time but they don't bother to help me out. I seems like once you paid and take the delivery of vehicle, your relation is closed with TVS. Very very bad customer care support
